Owner-operator Catie Fairbanks-Cliffe offers the flavors of Southern cooking with a healthful, low-cal twist. Favorites include the black-eyed pea cakes and pecan-encrusted chicken. Magnolia’s does not offer dinner but sells prepared dinners to go that just need reheating when you get home.
