Pom’s Thai RestaurantThis popular restaurant near the Maine Mall is owner-operator Pom Boobphachati’s second and newest South Portland restaurant. Her new place is similar to Thai Taste on Cottage Road, offering Pad Thai, Chicken Satay and other American favorites. But she has expanded Pom’s menu to offer other Pan-Asian specialties to please the diverse set of customers—tourists, office workers and mall shoppers. They include Cocount Shrimp, Fried Haddock and Pineapple-Fried Rice.
